Our custom aluminum extrusion circuit board housing is a standard CNC machined aluminum instrument housing manufactured from extruded 6063 aluminum profile, widely used as grey anodized aluminum control box shell and perforated aluminum audio amplifier case.
The whole production workflow starts with aluminum extrusion to form hollow frame blanks, followed by fixed-length saw cutting. Multi-axis CNC milling processes circular ventilation holes, square display cutout, end mounting slots and full corner chamfering for precise fitting. All sharp edges go through full deburring and ultrasonic cleaning to remove burrs and oil residues. After uniform fine matte sandblasting, the housing receives hard grey anodizing to boost scratch resistance and oxidation resistance. Laser engraving for brand logos or technical parameters is available as an optional custom process.
