Product Description
This oval extruded aluminum instrument box is integrally extruded from 6063 aluminum billet to form seamless hollow elliptical aluminum profile blanks.
Our full in-house production workflow covers high-temperature extrusion forming, CNC fixed-length saw cutting, precision CNC milling for end holes, mounting screw posts, PCB internal slots and wire outlet cutouts. After full deburring and ultrasonic degreasing cleaning to eliminate metal chips and oil residue, we apply fine matte sandblasting then colored hard anodizing in lake green finish.
All CNC machined features maintain tight ±0.02mm dimensional tolerance.
