This industrial single c-groove aluminum profile is integrally extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum billet, forming a long continuous extrusion with one-side V-shaped C groove for sliding installation and assembly.
Our full in-house manufacturing workflow covers high-temperature extrusion forming, precision CNC saw cutting to any custom length, CNC secondary machining including backside drilling & thread tapping, edge chamfering and full deburring. After ultrasonic degreasing cleaning to eliminate cutting oil and metal debris, we apply fine matte sandblasting then orange hard anodizing with sealing treatment for corrosion resistance.
All CNC machined tapping holes and dimensional features maintain tight ±0.05mm tolerance.
