Product Description

This custom aluminum interface panel is precision machined from solid 6063 aluminum alloy plate, specially designed as front mounting faceplate for industrial control hardware, data transmission devices and embedded mainboard equipment.

Whole blank aluminum plate is cut to target outer dimension first, then processed by multi-axis CNC machine: counterbore mounting holes, tiny positioning pin holes, all rectangular port cutouts and C-chamfer on outer edges & inner window corners are formed in one machining cycle.

After full deburring to eliminate all sharp burrs, the panel undergoes sandblasting to create uniform matte texture, followed by degreasing cleaning and black hard anodizing for anti-corrosion and scratch resistance. Permanent laser marking prints clear port labels like CAN, ETH, AHD, TF Card on surface without fading.
