This extruded aluminum led channel is precision manufactured from 6063-T5 extruded aluminum alloy, dual-function as light fixture housing and aluminum led strip heat sink enclosure.
Original hollow aluminum profile with built-in buckle slots and internal heat dissipation ribs is extruded in one piece, then cut to customized length via CNC saw. Multi-axis CNC machining processes end faces, including mounting hole drilling, flat end milling and C-angle chamfering on all edges.
Full deburring removes all sharp burrs inside and outside, followed by uniform wire brushing, degreasing cleaning and natural silver matte anodizing to boost scratch resistance and anti-corrosion performance.
