Product Description
This custom CNC aluminum middle frame is manufactured from 6063-T5 extruded aluminum profile, designed as the structural border for compact portable smart electronic terminals and portable audio equipment.
The blank rectangular hollow aluminum profile is precisely cut to target dimensions, then processed by multi-axis CNC milling to form all functional cutouts including Type-C charging port, microphone pinholes, physical button slots, internal locking buckles, positioning bosses and motherboard fixing grooves.
After full deburring, uniform linear brushed texture is applied on both inner and outer walls, followed by degreasing cleaning and natural clear anodization to boost anti-corrosion performance and metallic texture.
