Our hexagonal stainless steel sensor housing is manufactured by multi-axis CNC precision machining starting from solid 304 stainless steel bar. The component includes precision turned outer profile, milled hexagonal surfaces, positioning slots, machined cavities and internal tapped threads. After deburring and ultrasonic cleaning, parts go through passivation treatment to enhance corrosion resistance while keeping the natural machining finish.
