This hexagonal stainless steel threaded instrument end cap is precision manufactured from solid 316 stainless steel bar stock using CNC turn-mill composite machining technology. The component features external M52 thread, hexagonal outer profile for wrench installation, internal tri-spoke hollow support structure, central locating bore and precision sealing shoulders.
All machining features are completed on integrated turn-mill centers to guarantee concentricity and dimensional consistency. After machining, strict deburring and ultrasonic cleaning are performed to remove micro burrs and machining residues, maintaining natural raw turning finish without extra surface coating.
