The whole kit consists of four core machined components: brushed aluminum main handpiece housing, aluminum inner lining sleeves, 304 stainless steel drive spindle shaft and H62 brass threaded tail end cap.
All parts are processed from solid metal bar stock via Swiss automatic lathe and 3-axis CNC milling, covering complex machining features including internal & external threads, side window cutouts, tapered contours, side slots, head guide grooves and spline gear milling on spindle.
