This OEM spun aluminum conical lamp shade is seamlessly shaped from 5052 aluminum sheet by advanced CNC metal spinning technology, forming a weld-free integrated conical housing.
We complete precision secondary CNC turning and milling operations to machine the top center hole, bottom U-notch and mounting pin holes. All edges are fully deburred and polished as pre-treatment before surface finishing.
The final surface adopts matte dark grey hard anodizing plus sealing treatment, delivering excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and uniform textured appearance.
