We complete precision secondary CNC turning and milling operations to machine the top center hole, bottom U-notch and mounting pin holes. All edges are fully deburred and polished as pre-treatment before surface finishing.

The final surface adopts matte dark grey hard anodizing plus sealing treatment, delivering excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and uniform textured appearance.
