This custom CNC machined cylindrical aluminum instrument cavity housing is fabricated from high strength 6061-T6 aluminum bar stock. The whole manufacturing process includes bar cutting, CNC external turning, internal cavity milling, end profile slotting, drilling and counterboring. After full deburring and ultrasonic cleaning, parts go through sandblasting, champagne color anodization plus sealing treatment for stable surface protection.
