The base blank is integrally extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy into radial sunflower fin round profiles for enlarged heat dissipation area. After CNC precision saw cutting to customized thickness, CNC milling processes the central square flat mounting plane and side buckle fixing notches for fast assembly with LED modules.
All fins and edges go through ultrasonic cleaning and manual deburring to eliminate flying burrs, then finished with natural matte anodizing to boost anti-corrosion performance and heat transfer efficiency. Every finished radiator passes full dimensional and appearance inspection before packaging.
We fully support custom dimension, fin structure, hole layout and surface finish based on clients’ 2D/3D CAD drawings or physical samples for all electronic thermal management applications.
